Our Luxembourg based fund ranges, known as Legg Mason Global Funds FCP (Luxembourg), Legg Mason Global Money Funds FCP (Luxembourg), and Legg Mason Managed Solutions Sicav*, bring together a collection of fixed income and equity funds covering a range of strategies and world markets.
Legg Mason Global Funds FCP (Luxembourg) and Legg Mason Global Money Funds FCP (Luxembourg) are mutual funds constituted under Luxembourg Law as a "Fonds Commun de Placement" with multiple compartments (Sub-Funds). Legg Mason Managed Solutions Sicav, an umbrella fund established as an open-ended investment company with variable capital (Société d'Investissement à Capital Variable), is incorporated with limited liability under the laws of Luxembourg. They all qualify and are authorised in Luxembourg by the Commission du Surveillance du Secteur Financier as an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities.
