The Online Account Management Service (the 'Service') is directed only at persons in the UK and is only available for the range of sub-funds in Legg Mason Funds ICVC.

The following Terms and Conditions form a binding and non-negotiable agreement between you and Legg Mason Investments. Please read them carefully and ensure that you understand them before seeking to use the Service. If you proceed to use the Service you will be deemed to have read and understood the Legg Mason Investments Online Service Terms and Conditions (the 'Terms').

1. Registration

Once Legg Mason Investments have accepted your completed online registration form, you will be sent written confirmation along with a copy of these Terms and Conditions and your password. Once you have received your password, you can access the Service.

2. Provision of the Service by Legg Mason Investments

• A - Upon you accessing the Service using your Password, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and these Terms will form a legally binding agreement. From that moment, you will then be entitled to access the information in accordance with these Terms until your right to use the service is terminated.

• B - If you become aware of, or suspect any unlawful or unauthorised use of your Password you must immediately follow the procedure set out in paragraph C. below and you must give Legg Mason Investments any details you have in relation to any such use.
• C - If you become aware of, or suspect any unlawful or unauthorised use of your Password you should contact Legg Mason Investments immediately. If this is outside of normal business hours you may prevent access to the Service by persons using your Password by attempting to access the Service three times by entering a password other than your Password. This will prohibit further use of your Password to gain access to the Service. You should bring this to Legg Mason Investments attention as soon as possible and you may then request a new Password following the procedures advised by Legg Mason Investments.

Legg Mason Investments owns the copyright and any other intellectual property rights subsisting anywhere in the world to the information on this website. You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, modify, adopt or lend, sell, disseminate or otherwise transfer, in whole or in part, any of the information, contained in the website, except for the purpose of accessing the site and producing print-outs for your own personal use.

• C - Legg Mason Investments may terminate your right to use the Service by giving notice in writing or by means of the Service, which will be effective immediately upon being sent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and may be concluded only in the English language.
